Everything, as in the description and in the picture. The size is what you need (I have a small one), optimal for women/teenagers. A lot of pockets, a convenient pocket for a purse on the side of the backpack adjacent to the back. Color-pale gray, complex and interesting, the fabric slightly shimmering, looks like, what does not get wet, quite mark (but the spots can be rubbed with wet napkins). Fittings at first glance quality. Sewing is also neat. The straps are comfortable, the backpack shape keeps weak. The ratio of price-quality is satisfied.
